Warranty Coverage

At Modux, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces with unwavering confidence. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and tarnishing. For our Watches, you're protected by a 1-year warranty.

Please note, this warranty is extensive, but it doesn't cover damage from excessive wear or lack of care. We believe in providing top-notch craftsmanship, and if a defect ever arises during the warranty period, we're here to make it right.

You have our commitment to:

1. Repair: We'll swiftly repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
2. Replace: If needed, we'll replace the product with an equivalent model.
3. Refund: In certain cases, we'll refund part or all of the purchase price.

What's Not Covered: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, scuffs, and fading.
• Water damage if the watch is not used according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
• Loss or theft of the watch.

We do require the defective product to be returned to us, and please keep in mind that a replacement product won't assume the remaining warranty of the original.
